Daniel de Ojeda
Founding Member & Principal
Daniel de Ojeda is charged with demographic and financial underwriting, structuring acquisitions, and strategic launching of new investment directives. He oversees construction activities during the stages of property rehabilitation, including procurement of contractors, integrity of the outcome and budgetary controls.
Previously, Mr. de Ojeda served as Vice President for Wells Fargo's Commercial Real Estate Group, where he underwrote and lent to South Florida's leading real estate development and investment firms. Before that, Mr. de Ojeda served as Director of Land for Dan Ryan Builders in Maryland, where he oversaw all land acquisition and development activities.
Daniel de Ojeda holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering.

Job de Ojeda is active in setting strategic vision, securing investment and management partnerships, structuring acquisitions and dispositions, and managing systems and operations at corporate and property levels.
Previously, Mr. de Ojeda was Founder & President of Insurance Information Service, LLC, an insurance and retirement brokerage agency. Mr. de Ojeda has also served as Financial Consultant with AXA Advisors, as Vice President on the board of NAIFA-Broward, and on the Stratford 31 Board of Directors.
Job de Ojeda earned a Master of Business Administration from University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with specializations in International Business and Marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
Rocio de Ojeda

Rocio de Ojeda is active in setting strategic vision, and structuring acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring alignment with the group's objectives. She is charged with overseeing accounting and financial reporting at both property and company levels.
Ms. de Ojeda previously served as Vice President at PNC Business Credit where she facilitated commercial loans ranging from $10,000,000 to $150,000,000 to middle-market and private equity clients. She has over 17 years of commercial banking experience.
Rocio de Ojeda earned a Master of Science in Finance from the Chapman Graduate School of Business at Florida International University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
